The first round of the 2021 NFL Draft officially kicks off the Tennessee Titans’ season with the selection of Caleb Farley

5:02 pm - The Stage is Set

While the NFL was in Cleveland hosting the first in-person draft since Nashville hosted the event in 2019, the Titans coaches and scouts were locked-in and ready to build upon last year’s success in the Titans temporary offices while the main campus is under construction.

“We’re about to make you a Tennessee Titan.” -Titans GM Jon Robinson

9:54 pm - Titans on the Clock

With the 21st pick wrapped up, it was time for Titans General Manager Jon Robinson to make a call. With no hesitation, he dialed up his man. “We’re about to make you a Tennessee Titan,” he says. The man on the other line was the Titans’ only pick of the night, Cornerback Caleb Farley from Virginia Tech.

12:28 pm - Farley Arrives

Following a successful COVID-19 test the next morning, Caleb Farley boarded a charter flight to what will be his new home of Nashville, Tennessee – prepared for a whirlwind of a day.

1:03 pm - Arrival at Titans Facility

Caleb Farley went straight from the plane to meet the men who called his name only hours before. GM Jon Robinson and Head Coach Mike Vrabel were excited to finally connect with Farley in person.

1:46 pm - Tour of the Facility

After a short lunch in the newly renovated cafeteria at Saint Thomas Sports Park, Farley took a look around his new training facility. Although it is mostly under construction, he saw a glimpse of what is to come this fall.

2:38 pm - Arrive at Nissan Stadium

After meeting with coaches and receiving his playbook, the first round draft pick got an up-close and personal look at the home of the Titans, Nissan Stadium.

3:06 pm - The Voice of the Titans

Kicking off a run of seven interviews, Caleb Farley takes time to meet and talk with the long-time “Voice of the Titans,” Mike Keith where he added his signature to Mike's ball of first round picks.

4:36 pm - That's a Wrap

After a quick photo shoot to welcome the Titans’ newest member, Farley packed up to head back to the airport to fly home and dive into the playbook. Camp is just around the corner.
